My mother and I had come as Canadians to the U.S. to seek treatment at the Mayo clinic for an injury. I was attacked by 5 airport police on board the aircraft –after having passed through security without issue- this was subsequent to my mother having been egregiously accused of harboring a suspicious bag. It was a retaliatory measured political response to our having issued notice of complaint to Northwest having had our baggage withheld from us 3 days earlier on our trip down to the U.S. wherein the airline stated the baggage had simply been misplaced. Northwest Airlines gave FBI millions of passenger name records in
violation of the privacy act, for the development of their CAPS
(computer assisted profiling system) racial profiling database which was
introduced by Israeli based Ron Rafi- former head of Tel Aviv Airport security,

Further Cover Up Motivated by Bankruptcy Protection State of Airline at the time and Officers’ false assumption of lack of witness to their crime:
Ethnically my mother and I do not look alike- I am of mixed ethnicity, my father a citizen originally of Trinidad and my mother Canadian born.
Given that Minnesota, with 21blacks imprisoned for every white, and judicial corruption to that effect rampant therein, has a large amount of inherent segregation, officers had assumed that we were not seated together and began their vicious assault upon my person with the feeling of having carte blanche for their actions.
When ‘officers’ discovered that it was in fact my mother who had witnessed the attack, they attempted to confine her to the aircraft and send her back to Canada without me! She properly refused and insisted she would come off the aircraft with me. As given in greater detail further on, it was on October 1st and 2nd that CIA agent Barbara Hartwell called in to both We The People Radio Network and Republic Broadcasting two consecutive days in a row, in order to intimidate during our broadcast of our ordeal in interview, wherein I had been giving detail of
McCain’s connections to Northwest Air and the resultant afflictions and covert attempts upon our lives.. Our original website AaronJamesStory.com was attacked by government days later on Oct 6/08 and shut down. Local agencies in capacity *criminally charged Winnipeg ‘Police’ acting surreptitiously on behalf of said parties came back in order to effect yet another attempt at abduction (*they are acting without warrant or charges covertly *off ‘the books’.) on October 10/08 only 4 days later.

I was hospitalized for my injuries wherein I received 9 stitches for the injuries I had sustained , then taken to the Minneapolis Hennepin county holding cells, held illegally 9 days without Miranda rights read and refused medical treatment while receiving threats and later interrogated by FBI agents Marc Rensch and Mike Shephard, who attempted to link me to extremist groups and cited foreign sounding names asking me if I had any affiliation with them. Little did we know, that FBI would later use online material we had posted in our defense, and create “spoof kill Bushite” websites (pdf) with my name and URL at the top of each, prior to attempts at effecting my abduction and murder when we began exposing too much of the truth! This is where the worst of the FBI related persecution upon our persons began-
A massive media/government aligned cover up ensued, and we were publically villanized and subject to FBI Co-Intel Pro character assassination: Our names and my visage placed on 42 online media venues within the span of the first week, radio television news paper – the persecution was exhaustive.
Sent home on the no fly list from bail hearing, FBI agent Rensch would later appear outside my home on or about Jan 29/09, stalking us illegally within Canada, in order to confirm our place of residence before abduction attempts that were later to come.

In cover up and covert judicial persecution, same said FBI agent Rensch would later appear at trial as a witness to an event on board the aircraft that he had never been witness to, testifying and giving sworn affidavit while my mother and I sat muzzled – threatened into silence unable to testify on our own behalf before a tribunal filled with not only FBI, but members and or affiliates on the jury pool including NSA, Minneapolis Police, prosecuting attorneys, military , and Northwest Airlines employees- the FBI/ McCain affiliated airline on which we had been first assailed!
Explaining our inability to testify-threatened into silence for the occlusion of truth: given that we had gone through the false misleading reports of Minneapolis Airport police, and had by virtue of their own self contradictions in their reports, proven their statements fraudulent fabrication, the state had threatened my mother and I into silence at this trial -made -covert- illegal -tribunal, labeling our complaint “anti- U.S. government and inflammatory” and threatening that if we testified, it would be read aloud before the covert U.S. intelligence agent laden ‘jury’ and my mother would be jailed!- All of this was done in order to prevent our damming testimony against the ‘officers’ and further measure still had been taken to ensure the tribunal’s predetermined desired outcome:
Without our notice, FBI, Minneapolis Airport police and the prosecution met on or about June 16/06, only 3 days prior to the tribunal June 19-21/06.
We had made the mistake of sending complaint to Peace Officer Standards and Training (P.O.S.T.), a front and cover for an informant agency against those with race or hate based complaints against Minneapolis Police for related brutality and dereliction of duty.
Although they did not reply to our complaint, ironically, a complaint we had sent to the Black Radical Congress later on, in the months prior to ‘trial’ was forwarded back to P.O.S.T. by the Black Radical Congress, and P.O.S.T. forwarded our complaint to the FBI and the prosecution only 1 week prior to our trial!

Minor incidental contact with an officer of any kind even while being assaulted by said officer, cab be manipulated by the court into ostensible “minor assault” given malicious intent.

illegally raided our home and had committed an illegal search and seizure and
detention of my person while also pointing out that police had admitted to him
(ourattorney) on Dec 21/07 that our belongings had been sent to the United
States. Feb 18/09 evidence was presented before Judge Giesbrecht that
via police statements referencing the illegal home invasion stated “documents
were photographed and logged as evidence”. The definition of logged as evidence
as seen in Webster’s dictionary and in several online forensics references
articulated clearly that “logged as evidence” means that the possessions were in
fact seized and placed into police storage. The judge did not contest the
meaning of the words in the documentation or the implications. This was proof
that Winnipeg police had taken our belongings and were illegally in possession
of them towards insidious ploys unto kidnapping. g. However, once more Judge M. Giesbrecht turned law to the side
and refuted the argument, stating that since the accompanying report from the
other forensics officer contained no such mention, that one had probably simply
assumed that the other had “logged into evidence” our property and they had
gotten their ‘wires crossed’. This is an argument that would stand up in no
legitimate court. The statement is clear within the notes that we had been
violated under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms to be free from illegal search
and Seizure and Judge Linda M. Giesbrecht has facilitated breach of law towards
violations of those rights also in violation under the Canadian criminal code
section 337 for the failure to enforce the return of a citizens’ private
